We will respond to your reservation request via your provided email within 2 business days. If you believe you have not received a response, please check your email’s spam folder for an email from info@kevonstagestudios.com. If we do not receive a response from you within 2 weeks your reservation will be canceled. Rentals are not finalized until Rental Agreement has been signed.

Podcast Session
1 Hour Starting @ $150

  • Space is pre-lit for filming

  • 5 Mics (Shure SM7B’s) for up to 5 podcasters

  • Up to 4 Canon USR cameras

  • 4 camera mini switcher

  • Ability to bring in remote guests via video chat (ie Skype, Zoom, etc)

  • Ability to stream out from room to various streaming services (ie Youtube, Streamyard)

  • Customizable RBG LED lights on walls & background

Green Screen Studio
6 Hours Starting @ $1,000
10 Hours Starting at $1,500

  • Room dimensions: 19ft wide, 42ft long, 15ft high

  • Pre-lit green screen

  • A/C & climate control (Separate from Large Soundstage)

  • Grid is available to attach additional lighting

  • Premium sound proofing

  • Scissor lift to move or attach lights (One of our staff will need to operate at additional cost)

  • Includes use of the green room

Large Soundstage
6 Hours Starting @ $2,000
10 Hours Starting @ $2,500

  • Room dimensions: 38ft wide, 47ft long, 15ft high, (with extra offshoot space, it’s not a perfect square)

  • Rolling door for loading in sets & equipment

  • A/C & Climate control (Separate from Green Screen Studio)

  • Soundstage restroom

  • Partial sound dampening

  • Video Village room

  • Includes use of the green room

Additional Amenities

  • Parking for up to 25 cars (8 dedicated spaces)

  • Kitchenette w/ refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electronic teapot (Included in studio rentals)

  • Green Room w/LED lit vanity for hair & makeup and clothing rack for wardrobe (Included in studio rentals)

  • Bullpen office space for up to 5 production or post-production staff ($250/day rental)

  • Conference Room w/85" TV, white board, and conference table that seats 8 ($500/day rental)

  • Printers & paper ($50/day rental)

Frequently asked questions

  • Our building can accommodate 40 total people. If you haven’t rented our entire building that number will also have to take our regular staff into consideration.

  • We have 2 bathrooms in the building, one in the large soundstage and another in our bullpen area, which you are welcome to use during your rental.

  • Yes.

  • Yes, we have a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. We do not have any craft service available on site and you will have to bring your own.

  • We have 8 dedicated parking spaces that we can guarantee. We do share a larger parking lot with our neighbors in the business park that can accommodate more parking for your cast & crew, but we ask you keep additional cast & crew cars in the lot to 13, for a total of 25.

  • No, there is no dedicated dining area in our building. We recommend setting up tables outside the building in our 8 dedicated parking spaces.

  • Yes, there is plenty of free street parking available, just outside our lot.

  • Yes, but large work trucks can only be brought into the parking lot to unload equipment and to store the trucks overnight. During the day the trucks will have to be parked on the street.

  • Yes, if you are interested in renting out our entire facility we can be in touch with a quote that meets your needs. Please include your interest to rent out the whole building as part of your plan of activities in the interest questionnaire.
